Everyone here was excellent.

The location was great and amazing for Houston, just next door to several bars, pubs and restaurants and nightlife and the House of Blues. Popped in Prohibition Theatre for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

Asked for a double room and it was tastefully decorated with a view. We had coffee/tea makers and a fridge. The location offered was particularly good and perfect not far from great bars and restaurants and cafes and downtown attractions & restaurants.

The hotel rooms are perfect and beautiful with comfortable bed, sunlight to enter plus a boutique. The location is amazing, on a whim … very clean friendly staff … activities.

I loved the room, the bed was large. The location was favourable, close to great bars and restaurants and the larger department stores and the Toyota Center and the House of Blues. The service was personalized with parking onsite.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms for a window. Had all necessary amenities, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The location of the property was great as we were close enough to the toyota center, minute maid park and the entrance of the underground walks, several bars and Perfectly close to bus terminal via tram. Furthermore, to go to the aquarium.

Beautiful and quiet hotel, great restaurant. Healthy food, great service. Chic-style building, reasonably spacious rooms with sunlight to enter, comfortable bed, a boutique or luxury level. The location was marvellous and the staff were welcoming. Appreciated good area.

It had central location close to Astros. The room was reasonably large, had lovely and included coffee/tea makers and a fridge.

The room had high ceilings, making it feel spacious. The bathroom had a modern design with a sliding door separating the toilet and shower. The staff, including valet and check-in/check-out, were kind and helpful. The hotel had added security with elevator access to guest rooms. The rooftop pool was small but cool.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with the bathroom as well as sunlight and care about everyone. Staff is welcoming and efficient and you can park your car onsite. The location is convenient and stunning, near to need better food selection and Discovery Green and downtown - couldn't be better.

Fairly clean hotel, courteous staff, brand-new room. Very comfy beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room. Modern interior design. Convenient location for Houston, close enough to the larger department stores, and downtown. Nearby Main Kitchen - great place to chill out.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the amazing bed and the city view windows with effective blackout shades. The complimentary hot chocolate bar at check-in was a super nice touch, especially during the wintery weather. The hotel's privacy was appreciated, with the need for a room key to access any level apart from the lobby.

Felt welcomed, no complaints at all.
